1. Out of respect for your fellow patients please arrive for your appointment on time.
2. The Doctor may at times be running behind schedule due to
unforseen problems. We appreciate that your time is valuable as well
but would ask that you be patient under these circumstances.
3. A fee will be charged for all missed appointments when 24 hrs prior notice is not given.
4. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEN NOT SHOW UP.
APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE SO WE CAN HAVE ENOUGH TIME SET ASIDE TO PROPERLY
DEAL WITH YOUR MEDICAL CONCERNS. WHEN YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR AN
APPOINTMENT, THAT TIME SLOT IS WASTED AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT WOULD
HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED BY ANOTHER PATIENT WITH AN URGENT PROBLEM THAT
DAY.
5. There is zero tolerance for rude or threatening behaviour towards the medical secretary or physician.
