The group of doctors of the Old South FHO and associated Thames Valley FHT medical professionals are now in our new medical facility on 460 Springbank Dr. in London. We are located on third floor of the building, which will facilitate a collaborative model of patient care.
The Springbank Medical Centre is a very modern facility with multiple medical services in one location. These will include Laboratory and Xray services as well as a Pharmacy. Audiology, Oxygen / CPAP and Physiotherapy will also be present. The Little Red Rooster will be located on the first floor for you to buy your tea or coffee. Parking, the first 15 mins are free after that there is a flat rate of $3.00 dollars that you pay in one of the machines located on the main floor of the building. Electronic medical record keeping will be consistent for all patients associated with the Old South FHO and TVFHT.

Clinic / Office Policies
1. Out of respect for your fellow patients please arrive for your appointment on time.
2. The Doctor may at times be running behind schedule due to unforseen problems. We appreciate that your time is valuable as well but would ask that you be patient under these circumstances.
3. A fee will be charged for all missed appointments when 24 hrs prior notice is not given.
4. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEN NOT SHOW UP. APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE SO WE CAN HAVE ENOUGH TIME SET ASIDE TO PROPERLY DEAL WITH YOUR MEDICAL CONCERNS. WHEN YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT, THAT TIME SLOT IS WASTED AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED BY ANOTHER PATIENT WITH AN URGENT PROBLEM THAT DAY.
5. There is zero tolerance for rude or threatening behaviour towards the medical secretaries or physician.
